This looks like it might be a much better game than we thought it would be 2 or 3 weeks ago. After the awesome win at Tiger Stadium last weekend, we are ready to beat up on Bama. This year we are watching the game at the Blue Line Grille on Fifth Avenue across from Consol Energy (where the Penguins play) We reserved the private room in the back for 6:30 PM. See y’all there and Geaux Tigers!
Looks like we’ll have anywhere from 10-20 people out for the game this Saturday night. We are meeting at Mr Bigs Sports Grill in Washington.
It’s right off of racetrack road and they reserved the covered patio for us. Come hungry and thirsty- they have great wings and ribs. Party starts at 6:30
It’s that time of year again and we put it out to a vote on Facebook and Latitude 40 in Robinson won the vote. We’ll have a party room set up with sound and big screens! Party will start at 7pm against Wisconsin.
Geaux Tigers! Can’t wait to see y’all there.
This year we are having our annual tailgate at the Holders House in Mt. Lebanon. We’ll be making a gumbo and brisket to share with everyone. Please bring your favorite beverage and side dish to share with the group. We will be watching the game outside on the projection screen so we’ll have a few fires lit, but bring a jacket and blanket.
If you have a pop up chair, bring that too. Please email me at email@example.com for the address.
Some of us are getting together for the LSU vs Florida Game at Coach’s Bar and Grille on Banksville Rd. It’s in the Kuhns shopping plaza. They are having wing and beer specials and will have the game on multiple tv’s for us…
Hope to see some of y’all there- Geaux Tigers
My family are all Dawg fans… Its something that I don’t like to admit, but hey- it is what it is. Having grown up less than 90 minutes from Athens almost made me a Dawg fan too, but I would like to think that I was raised better than that. (HAHA) This week I have been down in Georgia getting absolutely jawed at unmercifully and I can honestly say that it has been great to see the rivalry get like this again.
I will not be able to make the watch party in Pittsburgh, but Chris and Rebecca and I am sure a few others will be at the Primanti Brothers in Mt. Lebanon. I’ll be cheering from down here just so I can see all of the sad faces after the Mett-Siah goes back to UGA and brings another win home for the Tigers.
Get ready for the Bama game… we have something awesome in the works.
The season is finally here and after the hard loss at Clemson… We should be looking up to a better season. Next Saturday (August 31st) we play TCU at 9PM est and the Tigers in Pittsburgh will be meeting at Bigs Sports Bar in Washington. Its is right down the street from the Casino and only 30 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. We will have the patio, a bug screen TV, Audio, and beer specials.
Hope to see everyone there- It will be a great start to the 2013 Season!
Geaux Tigers! Beat Bama
After the loss to Clemson it has been snow after snow after snow… Next Saturday we are getting together at Rileys Pour House in Carnegie to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. They are blocking off Main Street and will have bands, etc. We have been there a couple of times and the bar staff and owner have been really nice and it helps that the food is good too. Check out their facebook page if you have any questions about their festivities.
It’s been a while since we have seen everyone so let’s get together and have a great time. Everything starts at 10:00 AM! See y’all next Saturday.

We are back in full force at the Saloon in Mt. Lebanon folks… After the abysmal display that was the National Championship, we needed some time to lick our wounds. Last year’s LSU/Bama watch party was unbelievably fun and we got to meet up with 50+ of our closest LSU fans here in Pittsburgh. Same drill as last year, we will have the entire back corner and there will be purple and gold tableclothes on the tables that are reserved for us. Since Halloween was moved to Saturday night, the adults with kids will be there a little late… If you need to be on a separate tab, please let the waitress know ahead fo time. A big thank you to Keith at the Mt. Lebanon Saloon for welcoming us back for the game this year. Remember, this is Pittsburgh and not all people fully understand that there is a direct correlation between how loud you yell and cheer at the TV and how well the Tigers play. Let’s be loud and proud Tiger Faithful! Geaux Tigers! Beat ‘Bama
Looks like this is going to be a big test for the Tigers in the swamp… We all had a great time last weekend for the Auburn game and we have decided to have the next LSU Pittsburgh Alumni Event at the Fox and Hound on Mcknight Road. We will also be tailgating with the Florida Alumni Association of Pittsburgh… Wear your lucky shirt, hat, skirt, even underwear cause this one is going to be a battle. Let’s get a big crowd out for this game and represent ‘dem Tigers!
